Onome Akpeneye, Esq is an astute legal practitioner and a seasoned solicitor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with several years of active cognitive post-call experience. He has represented a wide array of clientele (spanning individuals, companies and other corporate entities) in resolving disputes at courts at the trial and appellate level. He's a weathered negotiator, having facilitated the resolution of impasse amongst clients without the rigours of litigation.
His area of specialization ranges from dispute resolutions, corporate–commercial transactions, banking and insolvency (which spans acting as debt recovery agent to several financial institutions and finance houses), criminal law, real estates, consumer goods and retail, Maritime, and Private equities.
Prior to founding Eiffel Legal in 2015, he carved a niche for himself and garnered extensive experience whilst working with top-tier law firms in Lagos, Nigeria.
He is a graduate of Delta State University and the Nigerian Law School. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).
